Do you offer free shipping

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $65 for qualifying weathervanes, outdoor decor, and roof ornament products. Windmills, cupolas, and furniture are excluded due to their size and freight shipping requirements, and additional delivery charges may apply.

We ship each order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method available. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Smaller parcel shipments typically arrive within 1 to 6 business days after leaving the warehouse, depending on your location. Freight and truck delivery timing varies based on the carrier and delivery appointment scheduling.

Most parcel deliveries do not require a signature, but the final decision is made by the delivery driver. If you want a package left at your door, it is best to leave a note for the carrier with your name and tracking number.

Large or heavy items may ship by freight truck instead of standard parcel service. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment, usually during weekday business hours. Delivery is typically made to the driveway or curb, and the customer is responsible for moving the product indoors. Some carriers may offer additional services for an extra fee.

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If there is visible damage or if you are concerned about the condition of the package, write “Product Damaged” clearly on the delivery receipt before signing and contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the issue quickly.

Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns for products that are damaged, defective, or otherwise found to be at fault by Jana’s Delight, LLC or the product manufacturer. Other returns are not automatically accepted, but may still be approved in some cases with a 25% restocking charge. Approved returns are refunded at 75% of the original purchase price upon receipt of the returned goods.

All returned products must be in original condition and original packaging. Additional charges may apply if packaging is missing or damaged. We cannot accept returns for products that have been assembled or modified.

Yes. Certain items cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers are able to take them back. These products should be clearly marked on the product page. Extra large cupolas are also considered custom items and are not returnable.

Orders may be canceled before the items ship. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, though it may be eligible for return with a 35% restocking charge. Returned shipped items are refunded at 65% of the original purchase price upon receipt of the returned goods.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed through our secure online shopping cart by selecting your preferred product options, adding the item to your cart, and completing checkout using any major credit card.

We accept all major credit cards through our secure checkout. Payments can also be made by major credit card over the phone.

Yes. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can monitor the shipment online or with the carrier directly.

You can review prior orders by logging into your account, clicking “My Account,” then selecting “My Orders” from your dashboard.

Yes. Simply log into your account and update your information from the account dashboard using the menu on the left side of the page. Some carriers may offer additional services for an extra fee.
